Terms & Conditions

• The annual voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• To redeem your annual voucher, you will be required to present a photo ID.
• The holder of the Annual Discount Pass agrees to assume all liability for any damage caused to him or herself or any damage or injury of a nature that causes harm or may harm others, and Skyline Luge Tongyeong Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries shall not be liable accordingly. In addition, the holder agrees to comply with safety rules for all activities.
• This card is the property of Skyline Luge Tongyeong Co., Ltd. and cannot be transferred to others.
• The card cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• Illegal use of the annual discount voucher will result in recall and suspension of all qualifications.
• The annual discount voucher must be used by the person specified on the card.
• You must always have an annual voucher with you to use all the benefits and discounts of the annual voucher. Cannot be combined with current events or other discount promotions.
• Annual discount voucher benefits are subject to change without prior notice at the company’s discretion.
• Once the Annual Voucher Card has been issued on-site, no refunds will be issued.
• If you lose your annual discount voucher, you must report it to the tongyeong@skylineluge.com immediately, and the card will be ineligible and cannot be used. If the annual discount ticket is lost, it must be reissued, and a replacement fee of 10,000 won will be incurred.
• Welcome packs and membership cards can only be issued or reissued at the location where you signed up.
