Luge Operating Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tickets are available through online advance booking or on-site purchase.
- Operating hours and ticket sales closing times may change without prior notice depending on on-site conditions and operational policies.
- On weekends, public holidays, school vacation periods, and during peak hours, longer waiting times may occur due to increased visitor numbers.
- In the event of thunder or lightning, all rides will be temporarily suspended for guest safety.
- The Luge, Skyline Skyride (chairlift) normally operate in light rain. However, operations will be suspended in the event of strong winds or heavy rain that may affect safety.
- Skyline Luge Tongyeong is not responsible for lost items. Please take extra care of your valuables before boarding. We recommend using the paid lockers located outside the retail shop for valuable items.
- If a lost item is found, we will contact you individually using the information provided at the time of report. If the item is not found, no separate notification will be given.
Storage & Disposal Policy by Item Type
- Valuables (wallets, mobile phones, etc.), General lost items: Stored for up to 3 months and disposed of if unclaimed within that period.
- To prevent dropped devices and safety accidents, the use of all mobile devices is strictly prohibited while riding the Luge, Skyline Skyride (chairlift).
- Skyline Luge Tongyeong assumes no responsibility for device damage or related safety incidents caused by failure to comply with this policy. Please take extra care of your belongings.
- Wheelchair access is available within the facility. However, due to the terrain, some areas may be difficult to navigate. We appreciate your understanding.
- For safety reasons, guests must be able to sit securely on the cart or Skyline Skyride (chairlift) independently. Boarding may be restricted depending on the type and severity of disability and on-site conditions. Final decisions regarding eligibility and whether independent or accompanied boarding is permitted will be made by on-site staff.
- Our staff are committed to assisting you for a smooth and comfortable experience. If you require individual assistance, please inform a staff member at any time. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- Contact information is used solely for purchase confirmation, receipt issuance, and service improvement surveys.
- It will not be used for promotional purposes. All personal information is securely managed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Luge Enquiry
- Guests who are at least 110cm tall and 6 years of age or older may ride alone. (Subject to on-site staff discretion.)
- Children under 85cm in height, pregnant guests, intoxicated guests, and individuals with medical conditions requiring caution (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, herniated discs, etc.) are not permitted to ride.

[Child Doubling Ticket Purchase Conditions]
- Children between 85cm and 120cm in height are eligible to purchase a doubling ticket.
- The child doubling ticket must match the number of rides on the guardian’s ticket.
(Example: If the guardian purchases a 5-ride ticket, the child doubling ticket must also be a 5-ride ticket.)

- Under 85cm: Not permitted to ride
- 85cm – 110cm: Must ride with a guardian (guardian must be at least 19 years old)
- 110cm – 120cm: May ride alone (Must be at least 6 years old; subject to staff discretion)
- 120cm and above: May ride alone (must purchase a regular ticket at the adult rate)
- One ride on the Luge and Skyline Skyride (chairlift) takes approximately 15–20 minutes.
- Waiting times and ride duration may vary depending on on-site conditions.
- There is no strict dress code. However, comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity is recommended for a safe and enjoyable experience.
- For safety reasons, we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes (e.g., sneakers) rather than slippers or sandals.
- The use of action cameras (e.g., GoPro) is permitted. However, for safety reasons, the device must be securely mounted to your body or helmet at all times during the ride.
- For safety reasons, selfie sticks or handheld recording devices are strictly prohibited. Dropping a device during the ride may cause serious injury to yourself or others. We appreciate your understanding.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss of devices caused by improper mounting. Please ensure that your device is securely attached before boarding.
Eurobungy Enquiry
- Guests who are 4 years of age or older may ride. (Subject to on-site staff discretion.)
- Guests under 16kg or over 85kg, pregnant guests, intoxicated guests, and individuals with medical conditions requiring caution (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, herniated discs, etc.) are not permitted to ride.
- For ride criteria by age and weight limits, please refer to the Eurobungy Safety Guide.
- One ride on the Eurobungy takes approximately 4 minutes.
- Waiting times and ride duration may vary depending on on-site conditions.
- There is no strict dress code. However, comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity is recommended for a safe and enjoyable experience.
- In the event of thunder or lightning, all rides will be temporarily suspended for guest safety.
- The Eurobungy does not operate in the rain for the safety of guests. However, operations may change depending on on-site conditions.
Ticket Enquiries
- Tickets are refundable within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not been used. Used tickets are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds are not available. Tickets purchased under promotions or discounts are also non-refundable after purchase, so please review carefully before buying.
- Tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Once a ticket has been used, it cannot be used again regardless of the remaining rides.
- Cancellations and refunds can be processed through the Customer Service Center or on-site, and only requests submitted during operating hours will be handled.
- Online tickets are refundable within 7 days from the purchase date (unused tickets only). Inquiries submitted via 1:1 inquiry will also be processed based on Customer Service operating hours.
- Refund processing may take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Changes to ticket products cannot be processed through Customer Service and must be handled at the on-site ticket counter.

Weekends/Public Holidays: Requests can only be accepted and processed through on-site visits.
- Online tickets can be used directly without visiting the ticket counter. (However, tickets purchased through third-party platforms such as Naver, Klook, Trip.com, Coupang, Yanolja, etc., must be exchanged for a physical ticket at the on-site ticket counter before use.)
- Upon arrival at the luge site, proceed to the helmet storage area, select a properly fitting helmet, and present the ticket received by email (PDF file or QR code) to the staff at the Skyline Skyride (chairlift) boarding queue.
- All purchased products are issued under a single QR code. If members of your group need to enter separately, please contact the on-site ticket counter in advance for verification.
- Upon arrival, please wait in the ticket counter queue. After selecting your desired ticket product and completing payment, you may use the Luge, Skyline Skyride (chairlift), and all other activities with your issued physical ticket.
- Benefits and promotional offers may differ between online advance bookings and on-site ticket purchases. Please check in advance.
- Ticket sales close 30 minutes before the end of operating hours. On busy days such as weekends and public holidays, ticket sales may close early depending on on-site conditions. The purchase of multi-ride tickets or package products may also be restricted during certain time periods.
- All tickets include the Skyline Skyride (chairlift) fee and helmet rental for safety.
- Each guest must hold one ticket per person, regardless of whether riding alone or accompanying a child. Issued tickets are non-transferable.
- Skyline Luge membership can be used freely at both Busan and Tongyeong locations. You may apply easily by inquiring with on-site staff.
