FAQs

General

It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to ride the Luge and Skyride once. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, weekends, or busy periods, it may take longer, so please plan accordingly.

Ticketing closes 30 minutes before the end of operating hours. However, please note that on weekends and holidays, due to the large number of visitors, ticket sales may be sold out early without notice. Additionally, depending on the situation at the venue, multi-ride tickets may not be available during your visit.

Almost everyone can enjoy it! Controlling the Luge is easy to learn, and people of all ages and with different physical abilities can enjoy Luge riding.

Luge Safety

No, there are no clothing restrictions. However, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes that cover your entire foot.

A person who is taller than 110cm can enjoy Luge riding alone.

Mobile devices are not allowed to be used during Skyride and Luge rides.

In the event of thunder or lightning, our operations will be temporarily suspended. Luge and Skyride will operate normally on light rain days and will only be closed during heavy rains that may impact safety.

Children between 85cm and 120cm tall can ride with a guardian aged 19 or older who is at least 150cm tall. However, even if your height is over 110cm, solo riding may not be possible depending on the judgment of the on-site staff.

Unfortunately, children under 85cm cannot ride the Skyride or Luge.

Luge: Children who are at least 110cm tall and aged 6 and above can enjoy Luge riding alone. Children between 85cm and 120cm tall can ride with a guardian aged 19 or older who is at least 150cm tall, by purchasing a child accompanying ticket.

Skyride: Children must be at least 120cm tall to ride the Skyride alone. For children to ride with a guardian (who must be at least 19 years old and 150cm tall), they must be at least 85cm tall.

For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot ride the Skyride or Luge.

For safety reasons, children under 85 cm, pregnant women, people under the influence of alcohol or drugs and people with any pre-existing medical conditions e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, or back problems are unable to ride with us.

Ticketing

On-site tickets can only be used on the day of purchase, while online tickets are generally valid within 90 days of purchase (once redeemed, all rides must be used on the same day).

However, depending on the event such as promotions and events, the expiration date may be set differently by the head office, and you should check specific terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.

The Luge/ Skyride combo includes tickets for both the Luge and the Skyride. You can ride the Skyride to the top of the Luge track and then enjoy riding the Luge down.
